About This Policy
This Shipping Policy ("Policy") is published by Macha Labs ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the sole owner and operator of the brand Mr. Macha and the website mrmacha.com. All references to "Mr. Macha," "we," "us," or "our" in this Policy refer to Macha Labs.
By placing an order on mrmacha.com, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to the terms set out in this Policy. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Orders can only be delivered to pin codes serviceable by our courier partners. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified during the checkout process or upon order review, and your order will be cancelled with a full refund. Serviceability of pin codes is determined by our courier partners and may change without prior notice.
Dispatch and Delivery
All orders are dispatched within 5 business days of order confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
Estimated delivery is 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch for most serviceable pin codes within India. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, the courier partner assigned, and factors beyond our control.
Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Time is not of the essence in any contract of sale between you and Macha Labs. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure timely dispatch and delivery, we shall not be liable for any delay in delivery for any reason, including but not limited to courier delays, incorrect or incomplete address information provided by you, your unavailability at the delivery address, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment. Any free shipping thresholds or promotional offers will be clearly stated on the website at the time of purchase. Shipping charges, once paid, are non-refundable except where the order is cancelled or returned due to an error on our part (such as a wrong, defective, or damaged product).
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. If you do not receive a dispatch confirmation within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at heymacha@mrmacha.com.
Tracking information is provided by our courier partners. We are not responsible for delays in tracking updates or inaccuracies in tracking status as reported by the courier.
Risk of Loss and Title
Risk of loss and damage to products passes to you upon delivery of the shipment to you at the shipping address provided. Until that point, Macha Labs bears the risk of loss or damage during transit. Title to the products passes to you upon delivery and confirmation of full payment.
If a product is damaged during transit, please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy for the claims process.
Delivery Attempts and Undelivered Orders
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts at the address provided by you. If delivery cannot be completed after 3 attempts due to your unavailability, incorrect or incomplete address, refusal to accept delivery, or failure to respond to courier communications, the shipment will be returned to our warehouse (Return to Origin or "RTO").
In the event of an RTO:
- For prepaid orders, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, less any applicable shipping charges and return shipping costs incurred by us. The deducted amount will not exceed the original shipping charge plus the return shipping cost.
- If you wish the order to be re-shipped after an RTO, you will be required to place a new order and bear the applicable shipping charges.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information, an invalid phone number, or your unavailability at the delivery address.
Non-Delivery
If your order is marked as delivered by the courier partner but you have not received it, please contact us at heymacha@mrmacha.com within 72 hours of the marked delivery date with your order number and a description of the issue. We will investigate the matter with the courier partner and work to resolve it. Resolution may include re-shipment or a refund, at our sole discretion, subject to the outcome of the investigation with the courier partner.
If your shipment is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window (more than 15 business days from the date of dispatch), please contact us at heymacha@mrmacha.com. We will investigate with the courier partner. If the shipment is confirmed lost in transit, we will offer a full replacement or a full refund to your original payment method, at our discretion. If the product is out of stock and a replacement cannot be fulfilled, we will issue a full refund.
Address Accuracy
You are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information, including the full address, pin code, and a valid phone number. We are not liable for delays, non-delivery, or misdelivery arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us at heymacha@mrmacha.com immediately. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the change, but once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to modify the delivery address. Any additional shipping costs incurred due to an address change request after dispatch will be borne by you.
Order Verification
We reserve the right to verify orders before dispatch for fraud prevention and security purposes. Verification may include confirming your identity, payment details, or shipping address. If we are unable to verify an order to our satisfaction, we reserve the right to cancel it and issue a full refund. We will notify you if your order is cancelled for this reason.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in dispatching or delivering orders where such delay or failure arises from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, epidemics, pandemics, acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, civil unrest, government orders or restrictions, strikes, labour disputes, courier or logistics disruptions, power outages, internet or telecommunications failures, or any other event of force majeure. In such cases, delivery timelines shall be extended by a period equal to the duration of the force majeure event. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Customers and resume normal operations as soon as practicable.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability in connection with shipping, delivery, or non-delivery of any order shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from shipping delays, non-delivery, or misdelivery.
This limitation of liability does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
